A complete transformation of a substantial family home, combining structural remodelling, bespoke craftsmanship and timeless design.
Working alongside Indigo Architecture and Ivy Lane Interiors, JLB Building delivered the comprehensive renovation of this detached family home, transforming both the interior and exterior while preserving its character.
The project involved extensive structural alterations to improve the flow of the ground floor, alongside the creation of beautifully crafted living spaces tailored to modern family life. Throughout the home, bespoke joinery, handcrafted cabinetry, architectural panelling and carefully detailed carpentry create a seamless balance between traditional character and contemporary living.
Externally, the property was completely refreshed with a striking oak-framed entrance porch, rendered elevations, brick detailing, landscaping and a rebuilt front garden wall, dramatically enhancing the home’s kerb appeal.
Inside, the renovation included a bespoke kitchen and utility, handcrafted boot room, elegant hallway with wall panelling and pocket doors, fitted study, luxurious bathrooms, custom dressing rooms and extensive decorative finishes throughout. Every element was delivered with exceptional attention to detail, resulting in a warm, cohesive home that reflects both quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
